Base salary: $190,000–$260,000 USD, based on experience

About the Role
Own the production foundation for authentication, APIs, payments, monitoring, and releases. The role balances strong security with fast, predictable customer experiences. You will work with a small team, own important decisions, and document your work so that other specialists can review it.
Responsibilities
- Improve AWS infrastructure, deployment controls, and observability
- Harden identity, secrets, network boundaries, and audit trails
- Run capacity, failure, and recovery exercises
- Reduce cloud cost without hiding reliability risk
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years in platform, SRE, or cloud security work
- Strong AWS, infrastructure-as-code, and incident-response experience
- Experience with Cognito, CloudFront, WAF, Lambda, and API Gateway
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial markets, market data, or institutional trading systems.
- A record of clear written communication and careful review of high-impact work.
