Learn about VELOCITY

What is Price Velocity?

Price Velocity is a proprietary indicator calculated in real time by Anemoi’s algorithm. It helps users review the strength and character of directional price movement on the selected timeframe. It does not predict or guarantee a future result.

How Do You Use Price Velocity?

Use Price Velocity with Trigger Levels to review changes in directional participation on the selected timeframe. It can add context before scheduled events or during fast markets, but the user remains responsible for risk and execution.

Learn about TRIGGERS

What are Trigger Levels?

Trigger Levels are proprietary levels most closely resembling dynamic trendlines displayed in the form of price bands. If you have ever used moving averages, they might also resemble a moving average. Trigger Levels are calculated by our algorithms in real-time and are derived from price data originating at multiple fractal time periods.

How Do You Use Trigger Levels?

We use our Trigger Levels in two important ways. We monitor the stacked positioning of Price-to-Triggers and Triggers-to-Triggers in order to gauge trend strength and, most importantly, we use Trigger Levels to review rapid price movement around Trigger Cluster setups.

Learn about CROSSES

What are Crosses?

Crosses occur when price or one Trigger Level moves above or below another Trigger Level. They provide supporting confirmation and context for Trigger Levels and Price Velocity.

How Do You Use Crosses?

Use Crosses as supporting confirmation and context when you review Trigger Levels and Price Velocity. Crosses are not a separate source of edge, and AP Terminal does not automatically place a trade. The user controls each decision and order.
