Base salary: $250,000–$350,000 USD, based on experience

About the Role
Lead the New York quantitative research program and raise the standard for evidence across signal research, portfolio construction, and production review. You will work with a small team, own important decisions, and document your work so that other specialists can review it.
Responsibilities
- Set research priorities and validation standards
- Review methodology, data lineage, and model-risk decisions
- Mentor researchers and connect research with trading operations
- Represent both uncertainty and practical implications to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Ten or more years of quantitative investment research
- Record of leading rigorous research into production
- Advanced quantitative degree or equivalent body of work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial markets, market data, or institutional trading systems.
- A record of clear written communication and careful review of high-impact work.
