About the Role
The Louisville, KY position owns live strategy supervision, exposure limits, execution review, incident response, and controlled production experiments. Its working schedule covers Eastern Time coordination of daily research checks, live decisions, and final reconciliation. You will work with a small group of specialists and preserve enough evidence for another person to challenge every material decision.
Louisville Operating Focus
The Louisville opening emphasizes repeatable controls, well-defined ownership, and concise cross-functional review. The day starts with a short list of required research and operating checks rather than a broad status meeting. Live exceptions use defined severity and ownership rules. Final reconciliation closes completed work, preserves evidence for material decisions, and prevents an unresolved item from disappearing when responsibility moves to another person. For this role, that means direct ownership of live equity exposure, execution quality, escalation, and post-trade review during Eastern Time coordination of daily research checks, live decisions, and final reconciliation.
First Review Cycle
The first review cycle for Louisville, KY starts with Eastern Time coordination of daily research checks, live decisions, and final reconciliation. It will establish a measured baseline for live equity exposure, execution quality, escalation, and post-trade review before the team proposes an operating change. The review joins two pieces of work: Work with research on production experiments and post-trade review; and Monitor strategies, exposures, limits, and execution quality. The Louisville opening emphasizes repeatable controls, well-defined ownership, and concise cross-functional review. A peer must be able to follow the result back to live strategy supervision, exposure limits, execution review, incident response, and controlled production experiments.
