Base salary: $225,000–$325,000 USD, based on experience

Own daily oversight and continued improvement of systematic US-equity trading. You will combine disciplined risk control with detailed review of fills, exposures, and changing market conditions. You will work with a small team, own important decisions, and document your work so that other specialists can review it.
Responsibilities
- Monitor strategies, exposures, limits, and execution quality
- Investigate slippage, drift, and unusual market behavior
- Define escalation and controlled-shutdown procedures
- Work with research on production experiments and post-trade review
Required Qualifications
- Seven or more years in systematic trading or electronic markets
- Direct experience with US-equity execution and market structure
- Calm, documented decision-making under live-market pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial markets, market data, or institutional trading systems.
- A record of clear written communication and careful review of high-impact work.
