Base salary: $220,000–$310,000 USD, based on experience

Set the technical direction for the trading platform while remaining hands-on. You will simplify critical systems, improve release confidence, and make security and reliability measurable. You will work with a small team, own important decisions, and document your work so that other specialists can review it.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for market-data, identity, and analytics services
- Build high-risk changes with clear rollback and test evidence
- Improve service boundaries, observability, and capacity planning
- Mentor engineers through design and incident reviews
Required Qualifications
- Eight or more years building production software systems
- Strong distributed-systems, AWS, security, and data experience
- Clear record of technical leadership without unnecessary complexity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial markets, market data, or institutional trading systems.
- A record of clear written communication and careful review of high-impact work.
